Do you accept insurance?
Yes! Please see the booking link for the full list of insurances I accept.
What states do you work in?
I am licensed in Virginia. Patients must be located in Virginia at the time of our appointments in order to receive care.
Do you prescribe ADHD medication such as Adderall, Vyvanse or Concerta?
Yes. Patient’s with a diagnosis of ADHD may be prescribed these medications pending evaluation.
Do you prescribe benzodiazepines such as Xanax, Ativan, Valium or Klonopin?
I do not prescribe these medications for long term use. I am able to develop an individualized treatment plan to come off of these kinds of medications safely.
Do you see patients in person?
I only offer telehealth services at this time.
Do I have to be home in order to do telehealth?
It is recommended to be in a quiet, private location. You do not need to be home. You must be in Virginia at the time of our appointments. You cannot be driving or operating heavy machinery or the appointment will be rescheduled.
